POLICIES:

DEPOSIT:
Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total bill, to secure, when made over 14 days in advance. This will be charged at the time of booking. If less than 14 days in advance, we will charge the full amount of your stay to the credit card you have provided. We accept Visa, MasterCard or checks (with phone arrangement).

CANCELLATIONS:

  • 14 days or more prior to reserved dates: A refund of the deposit, less a 5% fee (of total stay), will be returned.
  • 14 days or less to reserved dates: 50% of the deposit will be returned.
  • 48 hours or less prior to reserved dates: the reservation will be due and charged in full.

CHECK IN: Between 3:30 or by special arrangement for a late arrival
CHECK OUT: 11:30 a.m.

NO SMOKING in any of the rooms or the hall. NO PETS allowed inside or outside on the property.

FOR QUIET AND TRANQUILITY:
We ask that no extra guests use the facility during your stay.

Children are welcome in some rooms with prior notice and must always be accompanied by an adult.

We make every effort to avoid changes for our guests but we cannot guarantee that we will not make modifications or cancellations as a result of unforeseen circumstances. Rates and policies are subject to change.
